J&J Leads the Way

Pharma is often criticized for being laggards with respect to new media.  In this case study, Ron Ploof documents the history of J&J’s entree into new media and their continual experimentation.  It’s refreshing to see “innovation” on the new media front from companies who’s cultural foundation revolves aroudn innovation on so many other fronts.  The “yes we can” attitude and “don’t accept NO from the legal team, but instead ask HOW CAN WE?” should be embraced by more pharma if they want to retain and strengthen their customer relationships.
