Job Responsibilities:
  • The Digital Media Account Manager is primarily for contract renewals, upsells, and account expansion with existing clients in a remote environment
  • Work collaboratively with operations, partner development, and proposal desk teams to deliver successful client presentations

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • The Digital Media Account Manager should have a deep understanding of all forms of digital media advertising
  • Minimum of 3+ years demonstrable success in digital advertising via media planning or media buying within the pharmaceutical ad industry
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with brand managers other senior level employees at recognized advertising agencies
  • Robust knowledge of recent developments and trends in digital advertising as they relate to the pharmaceutical/health industries, including products, digital solutions, mobile, video, rich media, and ad-serving platforms

Job Summary

Under the supervision of VP of Finance & HR, the Accounting/HR Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily accounting and human resources needs of the organization.

These include, but are not limited to, processing accounts payable, issuing invoices, making collections, reconciling bank accounts, assisting with payroll processing using the Paylocity software with Time and Labor, and assisting with benefits administration. Other tasks will be assigned as needed and appropriate. This position reports to the VP of Finance & HR. The Accounting/HR Assistant strives to provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities
Accounting – Accounts Payable

  • Audit incoming invoices and other payment requests, process vendor payments, handle vendor communications and ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices resolve any billing disputes,
  • Make accounting entries to charge expenses to accounts, cost centers, and projects by analyzing invoices,
  • Assist VP of Finance & HR in educating employees and managers on policies and procedures relating to disbursements,
  • Review credit card expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with preparation of annual 1099’s,
  • Maintain vendor files, including contracts for services and paid items,
Accounting – Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare invoices as needed,

Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:

Previous professional experience at an online media company and/or a background at a healthcare focused organization are a plus.
