Released in 2015, R.J. is the co-author of RESULTS: The Future of Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Marketing, a book examining current and future trends shaping for industry marketers.
R.J. also co-founded Tap Native, a self-serve, image + text, vertical native network in the healthcare space that is providing brands and agencies with a clean brand safe environment free of click-bait, rebill offers, and other nefarious actors common to the native ecosystem.
R.J. also co-founded Ad-Juster, a software as a service company focused in digital advertising operations as a discrepancy management tool serving more than half of the comScore top 100 web publishers. Ad-Juster was named to the INC 500 list (#186) of fastest growing private companies in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Ad-Juster was sold to Innotech Capitals in 2016.
R.J. is past president and active member of the Rotary Club of Trenton, N.J. As well as an active angel investor, both within and outside of healthcare and technology.

With over 20 years of experience covering digital advertising, client services, technology, business development, sales operations and product management, he has a significant role in the company’s leadership and strategy.
Prior to joining e-Healthcare Solutions, Mike held roles in operations at UGO Networks, which was acquired by Hearst, and as well as COO of Aol Video prior to being acquired by Verizon. He was recently the COO at Vemba Digital, which was acquired by Frankly Media.

As Vice President of Finance/HR, Selman Gozaydin is responsible for the company’s financial functions, including accounting, treasury, corporate finance, audit, tax, risk management and investor relations. He also oversees and manages all human resources activities. His career spans more than 20 years of varied multinational experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy and he plays a significant role in e-Healthcare Solutions strategic leadership. Selman, has extensive operational and financial experience in advertising industry.
Prior to joining e-Healthcare Solutions, Selman served his clients in accomplishing their financial objectives by assessing financial situation; developing and presenting financial strategies and plans; monitoring changes in financial status and life circumstances. He had the chance to work for the three biggest advertising groups (Publicis Group, Omnicom Group and Dentsu Group) for many years leading the finance, accounting, HR, IT and Administrative functions of those companies.
Earlier in his career, Selman worked at Turkcell Superonline (NYSE-TKC) a wireless telecommunications company for around 6 years holding company-wide finance and accounting responsibilities. Selman holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of New Haven/CT, and a Bachelor of Science in econometrics from Istanbul University.

He is also responsible for aggregating qualified audience packages and optimized pricing to be delivered efficiently producing positive, measurable ROI for both Publishers and Advertisers alike.
With 14+ years of experience in digital marketing spanning across multiple verticals(CPG at Ebay.com, Finance at SmartAsset.com, Mobile at UpSnap, and Renewable Energy at Sustaine), he plays a significant role in eHealthcare Solutions strategic and innovative leadership.
Prior to joining eHealthcare Solutions, Nate was an early employee at Everyday Health where he worked 5+ years to grow strategic partnerships and product offerings (including Revolution Health, Medpage Today, and Mayo Clinic). Leading to IPO, and later acquisition of Everyday Health by Ziff Davis (Nasdaq-ZD) for ($465M).
Nate is passionate about healthcare and mental wellness holding a board position on NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness) Berkshires and is an active investor and marketing mentor to mindfulness based projects.
Nate holds a B.A. in Business & Marketing from New York State University at Plattsburgh and continued education certification in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Thinking.
