Granting EHS View-Only Access to Your Google Analytics

As part of the onboarding or sales process, we ask that our publisher partners grant EHS (eHealthcare Solutions) view-only access to their Google Analytics data. This allows us to analyze performance and provide better recommendations tailored to your site.
 
Below are step-by-step instructions on how to grant this access depending on the version of Google Analytics you’re using.

Step-by-Step:
  1. Log in to Google Analytics and click Admin at the top of any Analytics page.
  2. Use the dropdown menus at the top of the columns to select the Account, Property, or View you want to modify.
  3. Click User Management for the level where you’d like to grant access.
  4. Under Add permissions for, enter:
  5. Set the permission to View Only. Do not enable “Edit” or “Manage Users.”
  6. Check Notify this user by email so we’re informed right away.
  7. Click Add to save.
