David Elkins serves as Executive Vice President of Sales and Account Management, leading the charge on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and client engagement at EHS. He brings over two decades of digital media leadership experience, including impactful roles at Yahoo!, Sony Digital, and TripAdvisor—where he spent 12 years building a powerhouse media business from the ground up.
David’s approach centers on collaboration, transparency, and long-term value creation. At EHS, he works closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to align sales efforts with client goals and deliver best-in-class campaign outcomes.
He is a longtime advocate for industry excellence, having served as the IAB liaison for TripAdvisor, and is passionate about building teams that thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Selman Gozaydin is the Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at EHS, where he oversees a wide scope of financial operations, strategic planning, and people-first initiatives that support company-wide scalability. With more than two decades of leadership across finance, accounting, HR, IT, and administration, Selman brings a unique blend of operational discipline and cross-functional collaboration to the executive team.
Before joining EHS, Selman held senior roles at some of the world’s largest advertising networks—including Publicis, Omnicom, and Dentsu—where he built and led integrated teams responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and organizational transformation. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly six years at Turkcell Superonline, a major telecommunications company, where he was responsible for company-wide financial systems and reporting.
Selman is known for his ability to modernize internal systems and streamline operations, supporting faster, more informed decision-making. His leadership is grounded in thoughtful analysis, solution-driven planning, and a deep belief in aligning people strategy with business impact. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics from Istanbul University. With over 15 years of experience spanning lifecycle marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, and product positioning, she leads both internal and client-facing initiatives with a focus on growth, automation, and measurable impact.
Patricia is a successful serial entrepreneur in the digital marketing and brand-building space, with a track record of building scalable businesses rooted in automation, content strategy, and marketing technology. Her product-led, customer-first approach is complemented by deep experience in live events, public speaking, and corporate training—having led workshops, presented at conferences, and developed onboarding and upskilling programs for teams and clients alike. Known for her ability to translate big ideas into actionable roadmaps and nurture teams into confident leaders, Patricia brings clarity, energy, and authenticity to every room she’s in.
